Morning wind yoga ≈ 8 to 9:15am

Start your day with a relaxing and yet energetic yoga practice to awaken not only your body but
also your mind & soul. We begin our classes focusing in our breathing to calm our minds and
bring vitality to our bodies, follow by Hatha (a traditional yoga system) flow practice to
strengthen and stretch but also to bring focus and balance to our physical and mental bodies.
We finish our practice with a nice relaxation and meditation so you can start your day blissful.

To complete this experience join us after the class for a healthy and delicious breakfast so you
can nurture your body and have enough energy to spend your day kitesurfing with us or just
enjoying this beautiful island (breakfast is not included in the yoga rate)
sunset UNWIND yoga ≈ 5 to 6:15pm

Literally unwind in our sunset slow flow Hatha yoga practice. In this class the asanas (postures)
are more directed to stretching and relaxation. Flowing with slow long deep breaths calm and
clear our minds providing a more meditative experience. A nice relaxation in the end with sound
bath will take you to a very relaxing state.

about the teacher Born in Brazil but living in California, USA, Thaisa went to India to get her
200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification. She is also certified in Kundalini Yoga, Yoga for
